Who is Joan Marc?



Joan Marc grew up on the Plaza del Blanquer where he played marbles, hide and seek and football. After training and widening his cookery knowledge in some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in Barcelona, and rich with the experience of having worked for eight years as Chef of a small Relais-Château in Pollensa, he decided to establish his family and work at the place where it all started for him: Inca.
