At the Joan Marc Restaurant you will discover the new Mallorca’s Cuisine, fresher, simple and full of flavours. To achieve this, the pantry is always filled with local produce. We also have a close relationship with several local farmers who supply us with organic cheeses, suckling pigs, lambs and even the famous “xeixa” cereal, with which the organic bread that accompanies the various dishes is made.
