
We inaugurate the PETIT COMITÉ. A new format reserved for a limited number of people.
The ritual will be more informal, more familiar and closer. It is open to everybody who want to share a community table, with people from different fields and united by gastronomy.
The first edition of the PETIT COMMITTEE will be on Saturday, March 14, at 1:30 p.m. and will be about the recipe book of the last days of Carnival and Lenten dishes.
The PETIT COMMITTEE is exclusive, but no one is excluded. It will be convened 3 to 4 times a year and is our version of gastronomic societies. A proposal that completes the other experiences that you can enjoy in our restaurant, such as the Tasting Menu, Tapas and Majorcan Rice, and the Executive Menu. You will enjoy!
